Summer Courses: Learn the basics while having fun. Acquire autonomy in the handling, preparation, care of the pony/horse; integrate the safety rules; explore the sensations mounted.
Outdoor Rides: You ride occasionally, you have already done some rides or classes, or you have not ridden a horse for a long time; and YOU ARE IN GOOD PHYSICAL CONDITION.
Summer Courses: Consolidate the basics while having fun, gain confidence and discover new equestrian disciplines. Learn to recognize the emotions of the pony/horse and take them into account.
Outdoor Rides: You are AUTONOMOUS to prepare and saddle your horse. You are able to ride and dismount horse without assistance. You master the speed and direction of the horse AT ALL PACES and IN ALL CIRCUMSTANCES outdoors. You ride any type of horse and you are able to make long and sustained gallops. You are in good physical condition and can stay in the saddle for several hours in a row.
Summer Courses: You are autonomous to take care of your horse. You are looking to progress towards more technique, establish a relationship of trust and mutual respect with your horse, to increase the sporting abilities of your duo.

The Ranch Nordique offers mini pony rides in hand to offer a first approach to these sensations, even for the youngest.
FOR CHILDREN FROM 3 YEARS MINIMUM (maximum weight 40kg).
- UNDER THE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE PARENTS → you must hold your child's pony.
- The helmet can be provided. Ski helmet OK.
- Closed shoes are essential for the child and the accompanying person for maximum safety.
- In summer, avoid shorts or skirts for children, as bare legs can be irritated against the saddle.
- Please arrive at least 10 minutes before the start of the tour.

FOR OLDER ONES, a course to progress and improve in all equestrian disciplines (dressage, show jumping, ground work, ethology, outdoors, etc.).
On foot: take care of your horse independently, take care of it and its equipment to create a relationship of trust and mutual respect.
In the saddle: increase the sporting abilities of your duo through technique, precision and training, and discover new methods to work in harmony with your horse.
⚠️ Minimum age required for the activity: 13 years old. Our experience has shown us that below this age, children do not have the strength to control a horse, so this limit is for their own safety !
⚠️ PLEASE NOTE: our cavalry is made up of small horses, suitable for people of small and medium sizes. The ride in the snow represents a significant effort for the horses. Thus, for their comfort and safety we cannot accept customers weighing more than 80kg!
⚠️ Be aware that in winter, horses can slip or sink into the snow, regardless of their own will.

You are beginners and have no fear of horses / you have already done a few rides or lessons occasionally on holidays / you have not been on a horse for a long time, and YOU ARE IN GOOD PHYSICAL CONDITION.
The Ranch offers you a discovery ride in the snow, accessible to all, for a peaceful moment on horseback.
After a few minutes of career initiation to get to know your companion and learn the basics, you will leave in a small group and with a qualified instructor for a ride of about 45 minutes through the snowy forest.

Tuesday & Thursday meeting at 1:30 p.m. (Starting around February 15th, two consecutive slots: 1:30 p.m. + 3:00 p.m.)

🐎« White Tracks Horseride » ≈ 2h / for experienced riders ONLY
You ride horses regularly. You take riding lessons. You are independent in preparing and saddling your horse, you are able to mount and dismount without assistance, and you control the horse's SPEED and DIRECTION AT ALL GAIT and IN ALL CIRCUMSTANCES outdoors. Especially in winter, where horses can be more expressive.
Let's go for a ride of about 2-hour on the snowy trails of Méribel, towards the Tueda National Nature Reserve to admire its frozen lake, to the delight of horses and riders.
⚠️ Depending on the snow condition of the paths and how busy they are, it is absolutely never certain that you will be able to gallop... but the walk in the snow remains a unique moment, even at a walk!

The Ski-Joëring baptism takes place on the snow-covered arena and in the forest: the horse is ridden by the supervisor and pulls the skier behind him, thanks to the use of a harness and a frame.

10 YEARS MINIMUM + 2nd star level in skiing required = knowing how to turn with parallel skis + mastery of the snowplow.
⚠️ During this activity, you will be pulled by horses that have a lot of strength! Sometimes at a gallop, it can go very fast! You really have to be comfortable on skis!
This level limit is not to be taken lightly, it is the minimum required for the activity to take place safely! Please take it into account!
Equip yourself with your ski equipment: suitable jacket and pants, ski boots, gloves, SKI HELMET MANDATORY, and above all, YOUR SKIS : these must not exceed 1m50 to avoid the risk of injuring the horse! => Get closer to your ski rental, they will surely be able to provide you with smaller skis (snowblades alike) for the occasion.
